When someone donates a motorbike, they’re not just passing along a machine, they’re sharing a piece of their life.
That’s exactly what happened when Simon chose to part ways with his adventure bike after seven unforgettable years on the road.
This beloved BMW adventure bike was more than just a vehicle; it was a companion for countless road trips and spontaneous escapes. From scenic weekend getaways to the bike’s biggest journey from Melbourne up the NSW central coast and back! That’s more than 2000 kilometres!
As a proud member of the Victorian BMW Motorcycle Club, Simon frequently joins group rides exploring Victoria’s stunning backroads, mountains, and coastal routes. Building lifelong friendships and comradery.
After seven years of memories, the time came to say farewell, but not in the usual way. Instead of selling the bike or trading it in, Simon chose to donate it to fiXit Social Enterprise, giving it the chance to create new stories.
Though this donation doesn’t mark the end of Simon’s time on two wheels but a new chapter, as he sets off to new adventures on another BMW motorbike!
